Prototype, flow diagram, interface…it all means an experience for someone. Who? Will they like you? Are you a good friend to them? Are you lending a helping hand? Our audience is full of individuals. Is it fair to call them all “users”? Aren’t they more than that?

We are giving a performance. It should be appealing, simple and easy to enjoy. It should be what they want.

I love to make sure my friends have all their needs met when they drop by. I want them to come back and visit. I want them to enjoy my company.
